Sponsors are vital to the success of Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion. Our sponsorships not only provide sponsors with the opportunity to market their organization to the 45,000+ festival-goers, but also help to keep ticket prices affordable for families. Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion has many great sponsorship opportunities available. We are happy to work with our sponsors to come up with a sponsorship that creatively markets their organization. Festival volunteers will receive a single-day ticket to the festival for each 4-hour shift they work, plus a volunteer t-shirt when they check in at Festival Volunteer Headquarters. Potential volunteers must pre-register through our Volunteer Management System using the link below. Prior to the event, each selected volunteer must download the Volunteer app, Bloomerang, for scheduling, check-in, etc. App information will be sent after your volunteer application is received and approved.

Food Vendors

Mmmmm…funnel cakes, meat on a stick, vegetarian delights, gourmet food trucks… Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion offers every kind of festival food vending there is, and it’s all good! It doesn’t matter what your taste is, we’ve got your cravings covered. Downtown also hosts a number of great restaurants for visitors to enjoy. Dine indoors or out!

Craft Vendors

Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion prides itself most on music, but our shopping experience is pretty rad. The festival’s Vending Committee is committed to bringing unique crafts of the highest quality to the festival, and a majority of vendors are from right here in our region. From instruments and artwork to jewelry and clothing, we urge everyone to browse our local shops and craft vendors for one-of-a-kind keepsakes!
