BEFORE YOU BUY WRISTBANDS

What’s the deadline for ordering online and receiving my wristbands before Christmas?

If you purchase wristbands online and would like to receive your wristbands by Christmas, please order by December 15, 2017.  All online orders taken after December 15th will not be shipped until August 2018.  Please visit The Museum Store at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum to purchase wristbands in person.

When will single day tickets go on sale?

Single Day tickets will go on sale when the Festival Schedule is released in July 2018.

When will ticket prices go up?

Prices will increase throughout the year.  We encourage you to buy early and save.

Where can I buy Festival Wristbands?

Visit The Museum Store at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum to purchase wristbands in person or shop online by clicking HERE.

 

After You Buy Wristbands

I bought my wristband online and selected the Print at Home option.  How will I receive my wristband?

Since you selected the Print at Home option you will not receive wristbands in the mail.  We ask that you bring your order confirmation (print or pull up order confirmation email on your smartphone) and bring to a ticket booth at the Festival to pick up your wristbands.

Why should I register my wristbands? 

Once you’ve purchased your wristband, be sure and register them online in case they are lost or stolen!  If you have purchased a wristband for a friend, they can register themselves. If you are a parent registering a wristband for a child 13 or over, enter the name of each individual child. Click HERE for more details.
