The evening will feature the D.C.-based band and 2006 Wammie Award winners, The Seldom Scene, which takes rock classics like “After Midnight” and turns them into bluegrass tunes. 2006 National Heritage Award winner Doyle Lawson and his band Quicksilver play modern bluegrass that appeals to gospel enthusiasts and long-time bluegrass followers.
